Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and yuzuki.win ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of https://yuzuki.win (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or buying any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy from us.

2. What We Sell

We sell digital products, including software, scripts, configuration files, and related access keys or subscriptions ("Products"), as described on the Site. Product descriptions are provided in good faith, but features, compatibility, and availability can change at any time, including when a third-party game or platform releases an update.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details and license keys confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised or is being used in breach of these Terms.

4. License

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for the license period shown at purchase (or, if none is shown, for as long as the Product is offered and your account is in good standing). We keep all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Products. You are not buying the underlying software or code.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Resell, share, sublicense, leak, or redistribute Products or license keys.
Share your account or license with anyone else.
Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or modify our Products, except where the law gives you that right regardless of this clause.
Use the Products to harass others, commit fraud, steal accounts or data, or break any law.
Attempt to attack, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.
Use stolen payment methods or abuse refund and chargeback processes.
Upload or distribute malware, or tamper with the Products to include it.

6. Third-Party Rules and Your Own Risk

Please read this section carefully.

Games, platforms, and services have their own terms and rules, and many of them prohibit cheats, modifications, or third-party tools. Using our Products may violate those rules and may result in consequences such as account suspensions, bans, loss of items or progress, or other penalties imposed by a third party.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether, where, and how to use a Product, and for following the rules and laws that apply to you. We do not guarantee that any Product is or will remain undetected, and we are not responsible for any action a third party takes against you or your accounts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, developer, or platform. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

We do not permit or support the use of our Products to harm other people or to gain an unfair advantage in organized competitions, tournaments, or events that prohibit such tools.

7. Security and System Requirements

Some Products may require you to change security settings, disable software, or grant elevated permissions on your device. You do this at your own discretion and risk. Follow the setup instructions we provide, keep your system backed up, and only download Products from our official channels. We are not responsible for damage caused by files obtained from other sources.

8. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in [currency] and may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already completed.
Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods shown on the Site.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account before the next renewal date, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes and payment processor fees.
Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store your full card details.

9. Refunds

Because our Products are digital and can be used immediately after delivery, all sales are final except as set out below or required by law:

Product not working: If a Product does not function as described, contact support within [number] days of purchase. We will try to fix the problem, and if we cannot, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Duplicate or accidental charges: We will refund verified duplicate charges.
Bans and third-party actions: We do not provide refunds or compensation for bans, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by a third party (see Section 6).
Violations: No refunds will be given where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms.

Please contact us at [support email] before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in permanent account closure and loss of all licenses.

10. Updates and Availability

Products may stop working or be paused when a game or platform updates. We try to release fixes promptly but do not guarantee any update schedule, uptime, or continuous availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product or part of the Site at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site, the Products, and all related content, branding, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact us at [legal email] with details and we will review it.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we are required to by law. On termination, your licenses end and you must stop using the Products. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 11, 13, 14, and 15) will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Products will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or undetected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, in-game items, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the Products will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim in the [3/12] months before the claim arose.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights, including a game or platform's terms.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. By using the Site, you agree to that policy.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in [County/State/Country], unless we agree in writing to use [arbitration/mediation]. [If you want to include a class-action waiver, add it here after discussing it with a lawyer.]

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

19. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and Products. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
